Pay Period June 9-22

 

Sunday June 20th- 3.5 hours reviewing, editing and making additions to a HICI file at Dr. Lodder's request.  Sent the product to him.

 

Monday June 21st- 10mins- Checked ASRG2@hotmail.com email account

                               1 hr-             Placed Order to Rodney Armstrong at Dr. Lodder's request. 

 

Tuesday June 22nd- 3.25 hours- went to dr. lodders house to pick up work and a package which was mailed out that day by rodney armstrong.

                                1.5 hours- personally emailed each speaker for the IDRC conference and told them to make flight arrangements for August 8-13th.

                                 4 hours- scanning, uploading, and sending orders to dr. lodder so he could save them for future reference. 

                                 10mins.- Checked ASRG2@hotmail.com account

                                  20 mins- sent dr. lodder all information for the group list

                                  2 hours- went through stacks with Rodney Armstrong to verify that two orders had recently been placed for dr. lodder.  found out one is on back order.

June 23rd-  10 mins. to check ASRG2@hotmail.com address.

                   20 mins to resend order receipts to Dr. Lodder at his request.

                   20 mins. to email Dr. Lodder and Danielle back about the IRDC conference and travel arrangements.
